Bob Doyle's Peach Tequila Surprise Chichen

Ingredients

Chicken Breasts

Peach Tequila Surprise Drunken Jam

Salt Pepper to taste

Sliced onions

water

Olive Oil

Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper, dowse chicken with Peach Tequila Surprise Drunken Jams

Slice onions and layer over chicken, drizzle with olive oil.

Ring with water so jam does not burn

Place in a preheated 350ºF oven for 10 to 15 minute (times will very with size of chicken breasts)

Sprinkle with sliced green onions for colour
