Drunken Jam Barbeque Sauce

Recipe: Drunken Jam Barbeque Sauce


1 cup Puree Tomatoes

2 Tbsp. Tomato Paste

2 Tbsp. Molasses

1 Tbsp. Brown Sugar

2 Tbsp. Cider Vinegar

2 Tbsp. Strong Coffee

1 Tsp Garlic Minced

2 Tbsp. Fine Chopped Onions

1 Tsp Paprika

1 Tsp Chili Powder

½ Tsp Black Pepper

1 Tsp Salt


Direction: Place all above ingredients into a sauce pan and place on the stove medium heat.

Bring sauce to a boil while stirring and reduce heat just to simmer sauce for 5 minute. Remove from heat and cool sauce.

Add 5 Tbsps. Of your favorite Drunken Jam to make special Drunken Jam Barbeque Sauce.

Tequila Sunrise – adds orange, Tequila, cherry bomb & red  pepper flavor for all meats, poultry and fish

Peach Tequila Surprize – Sweet peach, Tequila and spicy  habanero peppers great on ribs and chicken

Roasted Orange  Whiskey – Orange, Jalapeno Peppers, Rosemary brings that boost of flavor for meats and poultry

Lime Margarita – Lime, Tequila and barbeque sauce great on shrimp, white fish and beef

Rusty Nail -  Orange, whiskey & Drambuie for a sweet flavouring great on poultry especially duck breast

Three Berry Red Wine -   great for beef, pork and poultry

Red Snapper - Cranberry and whiskey for a barbeque sauce that any chicken or turkey would love to be basted in.

Moscow Mule - Ginger and lime great on fish, pork and poultry
