Recipe; Celery Apple Lime Margarita Marmalade Salad

This is a fresh salad that can be made all year.

1 1/2 cups large diced celery

1 1/2 cups diced apples (choose a firm apple, I like to use a Granny Smith or a Honey Crisp)

1/4 cup diced white or red onion

1 tbsp olive oil

1 1/2 tbsp Chef Bill Lime Margarita Marmalade

Salt and pepper to taste.

Mix all ingredients together and enjoy. Salad can be mixed with micro greens, arugula, romaine or eaten on its own.
