Tequila Sunrise Turkey Burger

1 pound lean ground turkey

1/4 cup Chef Bill Presents Tequila Sunrise Hot Pepper Spread

1 cup small diced feta cheese

1/4 cup finely chopped white onion

1/4 cup rough chopped cilantro

1 finely chopped garlic clove

1 egg

optional 1 tbsp. chopped Jalapeno pepper  

Salt and pepper to taste

Place everything in a bowl and mix gently to prevent breaking the feta cheese.

Form into burger patties and wrap individually with plastic wrap, refrigerate for 30 minutes

Pan fry in non-stick pan (cast iron is my choice) and place in a 400ºF oven until internal temperature of 182ºF

Serve with a light green salad and a side of Chef Bill Presents Tequila Sunrise Hot Pepper spread
