Three Berry Red Wine Steak and Peppers

2 Steaks cooked the way you like it

1/2 medium red pepper

1/2 medium yellow pepper

1/2 red onion sliced lengthwise 

1 tbsp butter

2 tbsp Chef Bill 3 Berry Red Wine Drunken Jam

salt and fresh ground pepper to taste

 Slice red and yellow pepper into 1 inch sticks, slice onion length ways. Place a tab of butter into the frying pan on medium high heat. Add peppers and onions,sauté lightly season with salt and pepper. Just before finishing add 3 Berry Red Wine Drunken Jam mix together. Place peppers and onions over steak and enjoy.
